For ground-floor windows we use the traditional mop-and-squeegee method that leaves zero streaks. For second-story and hard-to-reach glass we switch to a water-fed pole with purified, spot-free water, so there's no ladder leaning on your gutters and no mineral residue when it dries.
We finish by detailing the edges and checking each pane in the light. If we can see a streak, so can you — and it doesn't leave with us.

Window Cleaning FAQs
How often should I get my windows cleaned?
Twice a year is the sweet spot for most homes — once in spring after the rains and once in fall. Homes near the coast or under heavy trees often go quarterly because salt air and pollen build up faster.
Do you clean the inside of the windows too?
Yes. Interior and exterior are both included unless you only want the outside. We use shoe covers and drop towels indoors and treat your home like our own.
Will you clean the screens and tracks?
Every time. We brush the screens and wipe out the tracks and sills as part of the job — clean glass over a filthy track never looks finished.
What about really high or hard-to-reach windows?
We reach most second and third-story glass from the ground with a water-fed pole, so there's no ladder against your house. For anything higher we bring the right equipment to do it safely.
