We match the pressure to the surface. Concrete and pavers can take real power; wood, painted surfaces, and stucco can't — those get a soft wash instead. A rotary surface cleaner does the flat work so the finish is even edge to edge, then we detail the borders, steps, and tight spots by hand. Oil and rust get pre-treated before the wash so they actually come up.

Pressure Washing FAQs
Is pressure washing safe for my driveway?
For concrete and pavers, yes — at the right pressure. We never blast wood, stucco, or painted surfaces with high pressure; those get a soft wash. Matching pressure to material is exactly what keeps surfaces from getting etched.
Can you get oil stains out of concrete?
Most of them, yes. We pre-treat oil and rust with a degreaser before washing so it lifts out of the pores instead of just spreading. Very old, deep stains may lighten rather than vanish, and we'll tell you straight before we start.
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water for hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution for delicate surfaces like siding, stucco, and roofs. We do both and use whichever the surface calls for.
