House Washing
Soft-wash stucco and siding back to bright. Serving Ventura, Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo Counties — insured, on time, rated 4.9★.
What we do
The dinginess that creeps across a house's exterior is usually algae, mildew, and dust — not paint that's worn out. The Squeegee Crew soft washes stucco, siding, and trim to bring the color back without the high pressure that cracks stucco and drives water behind siding. It's the fastest way to make a house look freshly painted for a fraction of what paint costs.
Exteriors get a soft wash, never a blast. We apply a cleaning solution that breaks down the organic growth, let it dwell, then rinse at low pressure so nothing gets forced behind the siding or into stucco cracks.
We work top down and pay attention to the shaded north walls and anywhere sprinklers hit, since that's where mildew and mineral staining concentrate.
Landscaping gets pre-wet and rinsed so the wash is safe for what's planted around the house.
Our house washing process
- 1
Inspect
We check the siding type and find the areas where growth and staining are worst.
- 2
Protect
Plants and fixtures are pre-wet and shielded before any solution goes on.
- 3
Soft wash
Low-pressure application and dwell time break the grime's grip on the surface.
- 4
Rinse
A gentle rinse from the top down leaves the exterior even and bright.
Why choose the Crew
- Safe for stucco, siding, and trim — no high-pressure cracking
- Removes algae, mildew, and dust that dull the color
- A fraction of the cost of repainting
- Landscaping protected throughout
What it costs
Most single-story homes run $250–$500 and larger two-story homes more, based on square footage and how much buildup there is. We quote after a quick look at the exterior.

Questions
House Washing FAQs
Is soft washing safe for stucco?
Yes — soft washing is the right method for stucco. High pressure can crack the surface and drive water in behind it; a low-pressure soft wash cleans it without that risk.
Will house washing damage my plants?
No. We pre-wet the landscaping before we start and rinse it afterward, and we use solutions at the right dilution. Your plants are part of what we protect on every job.
How is this different from pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water and is for hard surfaces like concrete. House washing is a soft wash — low pressure plus a cleaning solution — because siding and stucco can't take the force.
