What we do
Gutters only matter when they fail — and then they fail expensively. A gutter packed with leaves and grit sends water over the edge, down your siding, and into the foundation, and by the time you see the stain it's already a problem. The Squeegee Crew clears the gutters by hand, bags the debris, and flushes every downspout so the water actually goes where it's supposed to. We do it before the first storm, not after the damage.
We pull the debris out by hand and bag it — we don't blow it into your yard or flowerbeds. Then we flush each gutter run and downspout with water to confirm it drains and to catch any clog before it catches you.
While we're up there we check for loose fasteners, sagging sections, and separations at the seams, and we tell you what we see. Catching a pulling bracket now is a lot cheaper than a torn-off gutter in January.
We finish by wiping the exterior of the gutter face where it's streaked, so the whole line looks clean from the curb, not just clear on the inside.

Single-story homes usually run $120–$250 and two-story homes more, based on linear feet of gutter and how much debris has built up. Add-on downspout flushing is included, not extra.

How often should gutters be cleaned?
Twice a year for most homes — late fall after the leaves drop and spring before the last rains. Homes under pines, oaks, or eucalyptus often need it quarterly because those trees shed year-round.
Do you flush the downspouts too?
Yes, and it's included. Clearing the gutter but leaving a plugged downspout just moves the problem, so we flush every one and confirm it drains before we leave.
What happens if I never clean my gutters?
Water overflows the back edge and runs down your fascia and siding, which leads to wood rot, foundation pooling, and stained walls. Standing debris also holds moisture against the roof edge and shortens the life of the roof line.
