Driveway & Concrete Cleaning
Oil, mildew, and gray film gone. Serving Ventura, Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo Counties — insured, on time, rated 4.9★.
What we do
Concrete hides how dirty it's gotten because it happens slowly — until a clean strip next to a dirty one shows you the difference. The Squeegee Crew cleans driveways, walkways, patios, and pool decks with a surface cleaner that leaves an even finish, plus targeted treatment for the oil, rust, and mildew that a plain rinse won't touch. The result is concrete that looks like concrete again, not a gray canvas of stains.
A rotary surface cleaner does the flat work so the finish is uniform — no wand stripes. Then we detail the edges, expansion joints, and steps by hand where the machine can't reach evenly.
Oil, transmission fluid, and rust get a degreaser or rust treatment before the wash so they actually lift out of the pores instead of smearing across the slab.
We keep the runoff controlled and rinse the whole area down at the end, so there's no ring of pushed-out dirt around the clean zone.

Questions
Driveway & Concrete Cleaning FAQs
Can you remove oil stains from my driveway?
Most of them. We pre-treat with a degreaser so the oil lifts out of the concrete's pores rather than smearing. Very old, deeply soaked stains may lighten instead of disappearing, and we'll be honest about that up front.
How often should I clean my concrete?
Once a year keeps most driveways and patios looking sharp and stops mildew and oil from setting in. High-traffic or shaded surfaces that grow mildew can benefit from a cleaning every six months.
Will pressure washing crack my concrete?
Not at the right settings. Sound concrete handles pressure washing well; we adjust for older or spalling surfaces so nothing gets etched. It's mismatched pressure, not washing itself, that causes damage.
